We provide PLC programming and installation, 4-20mA loop calibration, flow meter, pressure transmitter, temperature sensor, and level sensor installation, control panel fabrication, HMI and SCADA integration, and complete automation system commissioning. Our testing and commissioning team ensures every electrical system we install, or that an owner brings us in to verify, is safe, properly coordinated, and ready for production. We perform protective device and circuit breaker testing, ground resistance testing, arc flash hazard analysis and labeling, VLF cable testing, transformer turns ratio and insulation resistance testing, and full electrical startup services. All testing is documented and delivered to the owner as part of the permanent commissioning record, supporting your NFPA 70E and OSHA compliance requirements.
